A product by Elvanova Labs

Turn an enquiry into a request you can act on.

Form2Lead is a product developed by Elvanova Labs to collect an enquiry, organise the answers and help follow the request.

The need

An open-ended enquiry can leave a team without enough context to respond. A structured collection flow gives the request a clearer starting point.

The product

Form2Lead brings the answers together so the person handling the enquiry can review the need and follow its progress.

Follow an example

Explore the same fictional request through each step: explain the need, gather the answers and prepare the follow-up. The product demo is available separately.

Illustrative journey — fictional request.

A clear scope. A direct conversation.

  1. Define the result

Show me the source, the current process or the product idea. We clarify what a useful delivery should let you do.

  2. Agree the scope

We set the deliverables, constraints, price and handover before work starts.

  3. Review along the way

An appropriate checkpoint lets you review a sample, a workflow or an application as it takes shape.

  4. Receive and use

You receive the agreed files or software, with the explanation and handover defined for your project.

For your technical team

The tools are chosen to fit the project and your existing environment. My experience covers web and mobile development, data workflows and AI integrations.

App Router and product surfaces

Next.js App Router is used to separate public pages, protected app areas, server actions, and webhook/API routes.

  • Next.js 16
  • React 19
  • Server Actions
  • Route Handlers

Supabase with explicit access boundaries

Private user data, public lookups, and billing records are modeled with RLS-aware queries to avoid leaking the wrong surface.

  • Supabase Auth
  • Postgres
  • RLS
  • Typed queries

Shared packages for repeatable delivery

UI, auth helpers, Stripe glue, Supabase helpers, and utilities live in shared packages instead of being trapped in the product app.

  • @workspace/ui
  • @workspace/auth-helpers
  • @workspace/supabase
  • @workspace/stripe

A few things to know before we talk.

What should I send to get started?

A short description of the result you want is enough for the first conversation. Include a source URL, a sample file or a description of your current process when available. A deadline is useful if you have one.

How is the price defined?

The price follows the agreed scope: what must be delivered, the constraints and the required handover. We discuss those before work begins; there is no fixed price for every project.

Can you work on something that already exists?

Yes. I can review an existing application or workflow, identify the relevant constraints and propose a focused intervention.

Can a delivery run on a recurring basis?

Yes, when that is part of the scope. A one-off file delivery and an ongoing automation have different needs; we agree the frequency, running environment and upkeep together.

Is maintenance included?

The delivery and handover are defined in the scope. Ongoing maintenance, support and later changes are agreed separately.

What would make your work easier?

Send me the source, the task or the idea. We can start with the outcome you need and clarify the rest together.
